Model Release

This is a new (old) podcast called "This Week in Photography" that was very closely associated with Scott Bourne's 'PhotoFocus'.  In fact Scott co-founded it. 

The focus of both shows tends to be  different and this particularly one, called "Models, Queens and Lasers, Oh My!" will be of interest to many of you.  What can go wrong should you not have a "model release" and when and where you' should have one. This doesn't replace the need for legal advice but will  help you become aware of potiential problems should you sell a photography that has people in it.

There are several other subjects covered that are really good.  You can review an outline of the podcast on this page as they keep the "Show Notes" here along with access to the podcast itself.
