Looking for input /criticism here. I took two photos, one recent and digital and the other maybe 100 years old (scanned from negative) and superimposed them. The new building (1916 and still here today) and old buildings are in their correct relative positions. I photoshopped the @#@^& out of it in order to try to give a "ghost" image of the surroundings while maintaining the current view in some respects. A lot of layers work and brush work here. Also did some perspective adjustment and cropping to try to coincide the two.
Thanks to Mike and his great classes for some of the techniques, as well as just the general encouragement to just get up and try something new.
I guess the questions would be... Is this an interesting image, and is it a "success" by usual imaging standards? I'm thinking of calling it something like "Main Street Ghosts."
Thanks for input.
